I care about people and believe that who they are and what they need matters. As a researcher, my work aims to unearth the complexity and context of the human experience and to translate it into tangible action, design, and strategy. I’ve led research at the Office of the Surgeon General and IDEO, and in a past life I was also a lawyer.
